Give for Good Louisville Raises Over $27,800 for Louisville Blessings

‘Give for Good Louisville’ 2021 was a huge success! In only 24 hours, 154 individuals gave over $27,800 — which will help the Blessings in a Backpack Louisville Chapter provide 8,854 bags of weekend food for local children who might otherwise go hungry.

In addition, our friends at Delta Dental donated 10,000 toothbrushes to our chapter to distribute along with the food. Because of you, thousands of kids will have full bellies and happy, healthy smiles. Thank you from the bottom of our backpacks!

Hosted by the Community Foundation of Louisville, ‘Give for Good Louisville’ is an annual fundraising campaign for local charitable organizations. The initiative has raised over $37 million for local nonprofits since it began in 2014.
