KFC and Henny Penny Employees pack 1,500 bags of food for Local Kids

During National Blessings in a Backpack Week, employees from KFC and Henny Penny packed 1,500 bags of food that was distributed to various schools throughout Jefferson County.

KFC supports the Blessings in a Backpack program at JB Atkinson Elementary in Louisville, where they ensure every child in the school receives the nutrition they need over the weekend so they can return to school on Monday focused, full, and ready to learn. This is the second year that KFC and Henny Penny have hosted a packing event during National Blessings in a Backpack Week.
